At Pointon Picture Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion acquisitions. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
